Do I have to buy a lift pass to participate in the ESF Les Angles lessons?

Lift passes are not included in the esf Les Angles prices.

If you wish, you can book your lift passes in advance via the Les Angles resort's website.

> CHILD : the package is compulsory from the FLOCON level.

For the Ourson classes, it is necessary according to the level of the group, please contact the reservation service by phone.

The fixed price is not compulsory for the group lessons of the LITTLE ONES which take place in the kindergarten.

> TEENS AND ADULTS : Passes are compulsory for all levels of group lessons (SKI AND SNOWBOARD)

> PRIVATE LESSONS : for total beginners, the package is not necessary for the first few hours (please check with the reservation service for information on weather conditions).

Will there be snow during my stay?

Normally , there is no problem. The ski area is largely equipped with snow cannons and esf Les Angles makes every effort to provide lessons in the area.

The weather conditions don't seem good to me (snow, rain)... Is my class still taking places?

The choice is yours... but your instructor will waiting for you at the meeting point. Bring a mask for better visibility and appropriate clothing. There will be no refund or postponement of lessons.

Is the ski equipment provided?

You must arrive at the lessons with your equipment (skis, poles and boots).

Ask at the sports shops in the village. You can also book your equipment in advance! Go to our partners page.

How do I access the esf meeting points from my place of residence in Les Angles?

Free shuttles are at your disposal in the village of Les Angles.

> A stop is located at the foot of the PIOUPIOU area at the bottom of the village; it allows you to reach very easily the meeting point mentioned on your course card; this stop is particularly valid for Piou Piou, Bear, Snowflake, 1*, certain levels of private lessons.

> A stop is located at the foot of the Les Pélerins gondolas; it allows you to very easily reach the meeting point mentioned on your lesson card; this stop is valid for 2*, 3*, bronze star, gold star, competition, freestyle, teenagers and adults lessons, snowboard lessons, private lessons of very good level.

What is the maximum number of students per class?

There are no regulations concerning the size of the courses.

In the interests of quality, esf Les Angles has set the number of pupils for the Piou Piou and Garolou courses at 10 max, and the number of pupils for the Ourson courses at 12 max, although these figures may occasionally be exceeded.

I'm arriving during the week for group classes. Which course should I enrol in?

In order to organise better the level and the number of students in group lessons, we no longer integrate students from Tuesday onwards in certain lesson levels (adult group lessons and snowboard group lessons), we will then offer you private lessons.

For children's group lessons, do not hesitate to ask the booking service for more information. A solution will be proposed to you to integrate your children in the group lessons, according to the availability of esf Les Angles.

What languages are classes taught in at esf Les Angles?

Group lessons are in French and can be translated by the instructor for a foreign person into English, Spanish or Catalan.
Private lessons and bookings are given in French, English, Spanish or Catalan, depending on the desired language.

I would like to book courses for less than 6 days, is this possible?

If this is the case, you should contact us to book by email or by telephone, and depending on availability.

How can I book classes?

There are three ways to book your course in advance, which we highly recommend:

Online : for group lessons and La Maison de Piou Piou Formulas, ONLY FOR 5 or 6 day PACKS (from Sunday or Monday to Friday).
Email : for group lessons, Formulas La Maison de Piou Piou, private lessons, professional groups, groups
Telephone : for group lessons, Formulas La Maison de Piou Piou, private lessons, professional groups, groups

Will a reservation without payment be taken into account?

NO, without full payment we cannot issue a course access card.

Can I reserve by email?

YES, but no more than 10 days before the date of your stay;

Attention the reservation will be effective only once the payment has been made.

Are the online payments secure? I'm hesitant to give my credit card number for the payment of my lessons...

Your bank details are validated via a secure payment with the Banque Populaire (official bank of the French Ski Schools). All guarantees are taken for you as well as for us!

When will my payment be processed?

For booking via our online sale: the same day of your purchase.

For the reservation by phone : on the finalisation of your reservation either by credit card by phone, or as soon as we receive your payment by post for a payment in holiday vouchers or cheque (NB : the reservation will only be effective when we receive your payment).

What are the means of payment accepted by esf Les Angles?

1) Visa, Mastercard, Carte Bleue, American Express,

2) Bank cheque made out in euros only for the reservation by post

3) Holiday vouchers (if sent: preferably by registered mail).

4) Cash payments are accepted exclusively at the counter.

WARNING: we do not accept cheques on site.

Should I pick up my course cards at esf Les Angles?

> If it is an online booking via our booking site: the course card is to be collected directly from one of our points of sale with your booking confirmation.
A priority queue is set up on Saturday, the day of arrival.

> If you book by telephone or by post, your course cards can be sent directly to your home at a cost of 2 euros per delivery.
Otherwise, or if the postal delay does not allow it, your cards will be at your disposal in one of our offices. A priority queue is set up on Saturday, the day of arrival.

In case of accident or illness during my stay in Les Angles resort, will esf Les Angles reimburse me for my lessons?

The services of esf Les Angles, once purchased, are not refundable for any reason.

If you do not have personal insurance, it is possible to take out cancellation insurance when you purchase a course on the online booking form. This insurance can cover the reimbursement of the course under certain conditions (see general terms and conditions of insurance).

For courses not booked via online booking, please refer to the general terms and conditions of sale that were sent to you at the same time as the confirmation of your booking, or contact directly the reservation service.

I won't be able to come to Les Angles but I have already booked and paid for my classes. Can I get a refund?

The services of esf Les Angles, once purchased, are not refundable for any reason.

What is the La Maison de PIOU PIOU package ?

Available for children from 3 years old and up to Flocon level, this package combines group ski lessons and fun indoor and/or outdoor activities, depending on the weather conditions; activities proposed by instructors, outside ski lesson times.

Children can be taken care of for :

> half days in the morning (plan a small snack)

> half days after noon (plan a small snack)

> or by the day (meal and two snacks to be planned).

Lessons are provided for toddlers in a secure kindergarten exclusively reserved for the use of esf Les Angles.

What is Club Piou Piou?

These are group ski lessons of 2 hours for toddlers from 3 / 4 years old, which take place in a fully secure area at the foot of the village, supervised by the ski instructors.

Several levels are accessible according to age and evolution: PIOU PIOU, Blanchot* and Sifflote* (*intermediate levels) and GAROLOU.

Will my child be able to follow the La Maison de PIOU PIOU package for the full day?

It all depends on his physical resistance and sports habits.

Above all, respect your child's rhythm. He is on holiday and the aim is above all to have fun and to learn the joys of winter sports. Becoming a champion is not the main goal!

During the weekdays my child or I no longer enjoy the classes we have chosen. Can I get a refund?

NO. If you are unsure about your ability or your desire to follow the activities of esf Les Angles, you can book a trial lesson on Sunday or Monday (depending on availability). If afterwards you wish to continue your weekly courses, depending on availability, it will be possible to integrate you in these courses, and you will only pay the difference of the weekly course package (we will integrate in the weekly package your course already paid).

Can children and adults from the same family ski together?

We strongly advise against it.

The lessons must be suited to people of a similar level (age and level) to allow a better progression.

The pedagogy of teaching skiing to children and adults is not the same.
